In fact, even as his translator translates, the meaning of his words gets lost. So, who knows anything about this weasel-like personality? Russians love him, and that is what counts. We certainly do not know enough to have any feelings either way. However, Russia has so many great painters and top performers who give us the best of themselves that to shut them out by war and harm them by reprisals is a sin of the greatest magnitude. The war in Ucraine has to STOP NOW.
